Zephyr is a gentle healing therapy which works at a deeper level than some alternative therapies and Western approaches, which only affect the physical level. We will discuss your needs and tailor a treatment to suit you. This may involve blending one or two treatments. Your initial consultation and treatment will last up to 2 hours, future sessions will last approximately one hour.

Consult/Energetic check-up
Your first session will start with a friendly, relaxing conversation to find out about you and your story. We will discuss what you would like help with and how to work. Then I will carry out a gentle, non-invasive energetic check-up (illumination). I will work with your energy body (chakras) to identify where any imbalance lies. This will last up to 2 hours.

Illumination
Rooted in the Ancient traditions of Andean Shamanism, Zephyr offers the relaxing, healing space to re-balance your energy body. Through working with the 7 chakras, I will re-balance your energy, removing any blockages or issues that may result from ancestral trauma, lifestyle or personal events. This is a staple in energetic cleansing and spiritual wellbeing. It is especially valuable during our first consultation and following the Heart Lock, which can bring up key dates and events to be cleared.

Phytobiophysics Heart Lock
Our signature Phytobiophysics healing session. Using the 4 heart constitutions, this amazing healing system uncovers the key dates of any significant energy blockages you have experienced. These moments leave behind an energetic shadow, and play out their inbalance through your life if not addressed. You will receive a detailed list of dates which highlight where your energy requires re-balance. From there, plant remedies and/ or further energetic healing can be used to remove the hold of the past.

Phytobiophysics check-up
Phytobiophysics are a range of plant remedies which release energy blocks, aid the body to assimilate vital nutrients, harmonise emotional distress/ trauma to assist recovery, and antidote the vibrational toxicity of modern life. Muscle testing is used to identify where imbalances exist. Your body holds the answers to its own healing. It will guide us on the remedies to suit your needs the level to work on.
